Destination Weddings

*Destination weddings require a custom quote to account for travel and accommodations. Please inquire for a tailored proposal.

STEP 01

Inquire

Reaching out is the first step. Please provide as much detail as possible in your inquiry, as the more I understand about your vision, the better I can tailor options to meet your unique needs.

STEP 02

Schedule a call

After receiving your inquiry, the next step is to schedule a consultation call. During this time, I will also send over my comprehensive package guides. This call is a great opportunity for us to connect, discuss your specific needs, and address any questions you may have.

STEP 03

Secure your booking

Once you've selected a package, the final step is to sign the contract and pay the retainer fee. Once the retainer is paid, your date is officially secured.

STEP 04

KEEP IN TOUCH

I'll stay in close contact with you throughout the entire lead-up to your wedding day and am always available to answer any questions along the way. About a month before your wedding, we'll schedule a call or meet in person to finalize the timeline and go over any last-minute details.

Frequently Asked Questions

01. Why is a 25% non-refundable retainer required?

A retainer is a commitment. It’s an agreement between myself and my clients that we are moving forward with the wedding planning process together. This fee secures your date and covers the reservation, our email and phone conversations, planning, timeline assistance, and every detail of communication leading up to your big day!

02. Will we receive raw files?

No, RAW files are not available for viewing or purchase. I carefully curate the very best images for your gallery, delivering high-quality, high-resolution, and naturally enhanced photographs that beautifully capture your day. If you ever have concerns or need adjustments, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m always happy to accommodate to ensure your satisfaction.

03. When should we book?

As soon as possible! Many of my clients book their weddings up to a year in advance, while others secure their date about three months prior. Booking early is the best way to ensure your preferred date is available. Once the 25% retainer fee is paid, your date is officially “locked in” and won’t be open to other inquiries, giving you peace of mind and allowing us to focus on planning and creating the perfect photography experience for your special day.

04. Do you have insurance?

All of my photographic equipment is fully insured, and I carry backup gear to ensure coverage in the event of any malfunction or emergency. In addition, my business maintains active general liability insurance. If your venue requires proof of insurance, I’m happy to provide the necessary documentation with advance notice.
